শর্তাবলী

• অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ: ফোন কল বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে তথ্য যাচাই করার পরেই একটি অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।

• মূল্য নির্ধারণ: কোনো পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পণ্যের দাম বা অফার পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার ভরসা শপ সংরক্ষণ করে।

• পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা: প্রতিটি অর্ডার স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল। কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে আমরা দ্রুত আপনাকে তা জানাব।

• ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব: ডেলিভারিতে দেরি এড়াতে ক্রেতাকে অবশ্যই সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে।
